4. Custom Orders & Cancellations

Certain custom-built, personalized, and special-order products may be designated as Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).

NCNR conditions and any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated before order acceptance.

For eligible cancellations after work has commenced, Daddy Daughter Crafts, LLC may recover documented costs incurred, including materials, design work, labor, and other project-specific expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed project terms.
